A faulty power source or power connection is also a reason for the doorbell to disconnect from the Wi-Fi network.

If you have a battery-operated doorbell, you should ensure its battery is fully charged. You can check the battery status in the Ring app under the device health tab.

If the doorbell battery is low, remove it from the mounting plate and plug it into the power outlet. Unplug it when fully charged and put it back on its mounting plate.

If your doorbell is hardwired, you should check whether it gets proper power. Carefully inspect its wiring and connections at the back of the doorbell.

Also, you should check its transformer should be rated at least 16 volts AC and at least 30 volt-amps. If the transformer isn’t as recommended, it will be the reason for power issues.
