1. Locate the Power Cycle hole at the back of your HomeBase 2

2. The power cycle hole will be above the (Sync/ Alarm Off) button. 

3. Then press and hold it by inserting a paperclip or similar tool into the power cycle hole.

4. Press and hold it until you hear “HomeBase resetting.”

5. It will take about a minute to finish the resetting process. After the process is completed, you’ll be able to use it again correctly. 

Resetting the HomeBase 2 will be helpful in several conditions, such as your Eufy devices are not connecting to the HomeBase, keep going offline, keeps disconnecting, or other notifications issues. 

It is essential to know that after resetting the HomeBase, it will be disconnected from the Wi-Fi and other devices.

5. Tap next and connect your phone to the same Wi-Fi connection.

7. Scan the QR code at the bottom of the HomeBase 2 or enter the serial number manually.
