Also, remove your doorbell from the mounting plate and then check the connection at the back of your doorbell; they should be connected properly.

1. Open the Ring website on your laptop or computer, and log into your account. 

2. Tap on “my devices.” 

3. Then select the Ring doorbell from the devices list. 

4. Click on the “Device Health.”

5. If the Rig has the latest firmware update available, you’ll see the Update Firmware button. You should click on it to install the update.

3. Press and hold the reset button with a paperclip or other similar tool for about 15 seconds. 

4. Release the button after 15 seconds and wait until the router completes the process and is powered on.

Now the doorbell is reset to its factory default settings, and you can now connect to the app and network. After connecting, check if the blue light is turned off.

However, if you are still having the same problem with your doorbell that it is flashing blue, you should contact Ring customer support. 

The support team will be able to assist you with further troubleshooting or resolving the doorbell problems.
